REGISTRATION

You can register for Beltane online, by mail, or at the door. On-site registration opens Friday at 2pm and Saturday at 8am. Registration closes at 10pm both nights and will be closed during the Maypole ritual on Saturday afternoon. Registration is fully refundable if you are unable to attend.

REMEMBER: You must bring some form of legal ID, matching your registration information.

To register online:
Please use the following form to pay by credit or debit card online. If you plan on arriving or departing at odd times, we ask that you call ahead (978-928-4198) or email cauldronfarm@hotmail.com to be certain this is okay. After your billing information, you will be asked for the names of the adults attending, so we can confirm registration at the door.

To register by mail:
Send a check or money order for the total amount ($20/adult, children under 18 free) to Church of Asphodel, 12 Simond Hill Rd. Hubbardston, MA 01452 along with the following information.

- The total number of adults and children you are registering.
- The legal names of the adults, as shown on their ID.
- When you intend to arrive and depart.

To register at the door:
We request that folks register in advance when at all possible, but we also allow registration at the door. Please bring CASH ONLY. We cannot take checks or credit cards at the door. Adults over 21 must still show ID, or they will be given a "youth" wristband and not permitted to drink alcohol at the event.

If you must cancel:
If due to some unfortunate circumstance you are unable to attend our Beltane gathering after you have registered, please contact Joshua or call 978-928-4198 before May 30th, and we will issue you a full refund.
