Draw the Circle of Fire!
Standing in center of circle, point
Athame downward at center.
O Circle I draw!
Now live and heed!
Thy fiery walls a barrier indeed!
That guardeth and keepeth all harm
from me!
Distilling my power!
So Mote it Be!

Consecrate and Suffumigate the
circle. Visualizing all unproductive energies pushed out.

Spirits, Ladies, Lords of Air,
Keepers of ancient knowledge and
wisdom! Hear me!
(Invoking Pentagram) (Feel the breeze
on your face)
Come forth and guard my circle
from the perils in the East!
(Facing South Athame Raised!)
Spirits, Ladies, Lords of Fire,
Passion, courage, and strength
burn within! Hear me!
(Invoking Pentagram) (Feel the heat
cascade over your body)
Come forth and guard my circle
from the perils in the South!
(Facing West Athame Raised!)
Spirits, Ladies, Lords of Water,
Whose essence flows through my
veins bringing compassion and understanding.
Hear me!

and calmness of still waters within)
Come forth and guard my circle
from the perils in the West!

Spirits, Ladies, Lords of Earth,
From which all have come,
Beneath your stone mountains, and
marbled halls! Hear me!

(Smell the earthy moist soil, feel
it’s cool touch and the hardness of rock)
Come forth and guard my circle
from the perils in the North!
Spirits, Ladies, Lords of all
Creation! Be with me!

Stand in center arms holding Athame
above head
Be perfect, and blessed, Circle,
for me;
No danger may threaten;
No Summoned may flee;
My Beacon, My Fortress, my
Battlement round;
My Gateway to Power;
My own Hallowed ground;
My Temple and Refuge, and So Mote
It Be!"
